This has been a great weekend. My grandson and I have enjoyed cooking together. He wanted to make cupcakes for St. Patrick’s Day. I allowed him to add the sprinkles. I think he did an amazing job.
On Saturday we fixed Italian- Garlic roasted potatoes.
We started by peeling and dicing 8 medium-sized white potatoes. We placed the potatoes on foil and added Kosher salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, parsley flakes, garlic powder, diced bell peppers, diced onions, and oil.
We wrapped the foil around the potatoes and cooked them at 400 degrees for about 45minutes.
