For today’s dinner, I prepared my tasty muffin pan meatloaf. I prepared this once before, but I just had to try it again today. You can use any meatloaf recipe of your choice.
Instead of making a loaf with the meat, I divided the meat into six sections and cooked it in a muffin tin. Later, I cooked some green beans and carrots for side dishes.
A simple meal for a warm Sunday evening…
